1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at infocenter@jyxallanchim.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at infocenter@jyxallanchim.world.
